Return Policy & Authorization

To ensure customer satisfaction and piece of mind, products may be returned within two weeks, in their original packaging and resale condition for full credit. After two weeks, returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and any items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.

All damaged or defective products must be reported within two business days for return and credit. This must be approved by The Office Connection. Over shipments or shortages must be reported within one business day. And unfortunately due to the nature of the products; custom, personalized, and perishable items are non-returnable.
